Michelle is the youngest daughter of Betsy Grenevitch, who is blind. Michelle has always loved helping with her state blind organization at conventions. Through her mom’s blindness and advocacy, Michelle has been able to join and help many ADA advisory boards. She has helped those companies see the areas that need more accessibility for the blind. However, working with these boards Michelle has come in contact with people who have other disabilities. This has grown her disability scope from just blindness to also include, hearing impaired, wheelchair, and even autism.
Michelle is currently a senior at Georgia State University in Atlanta and plans to head into teaching once she graduates. Michelle spent most of her school years in the small town of Social Circle, GA.
Michelle’s featured book is entitled Adam’s Accessible Airport Adventure

Author’s Note
The purpose in writing this book is to help readers see accessibility particularly in the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. I wanted everyone to be able to see that with a little help public areas can be accessed by people with disabilities.
In the storyline, we meet people from different cultures with different disabilities. Disabilities are universal across every race and gender. People with disabilities have struggled to have equal access for years and continue pursuing equalization o public facilities.
Readers of all ages can learn to notice the little things in life through this adventure. Whether its through the words or the illustrations, details are the key.
Throughout the book, you’ll find key accessibility and disability vocabulary underlined. Definitions for these vocabulary words can be found at the end of the story.
