Hello everyone,

My main character, Becca Martin from A Journey of Faith, has an announcement to make. Take it away Becca.

Hello everyone, My story called A Journey of Faith: A Stepping Stones Mystery is coming soon in paperback and ebook formats. Remember how I told you a little about myself in my interview with Ann a few months ago? Well, There’s something I didn’t tell you. I have to find the truth about an incident that keeps haunting my dreams and making me afraid to climb. Oh, I find out what I witnessed sixteen years ago, but You have to read the book to find out. Let’s just say that there’s more than meets the eye in this Christian mystery that will keep you guessing til the end.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention. Ann will have a release party on Facebook when she finds out the release date for my story, and she said that everyone is invited! Be on the look out for further details. Oh, gotta go, my sister is calling me to go mountain climbing with her.

Thanks Becca. As she said, I’ll keep you updated as the publishing process unfolds.

Interview with Becca’s sister Amanda. from A Journey of Faith

Hello everybody, How are you on this very cold February morning?
Today I am talking with Amanda Martin, Becca’s sister from my novel entitled A Journey of Faith. Amanda is very shy, so she may not have much to say, bot she graciously offered to give me a brief character interview, so here goes.

Ann. Why good Morning Amanda, it’s nice to have you here today.
Amanda. Hey yall.
Ann. I understand that you are a registered nurse, is that right?
Amanda. Yep.
Ann. So will we see you much in A Journey of Faith or in The Chosen path series at all?
Amanda. Well, you won’t see me much until the second book, when I end up being my dad’s nurse. You see, I work in the ER, but Doctor Andrew Martin, (a very distant cosin) decided that he wanted me to nurse my father back to health. Usually, nurses don’t work on patients who are family members, but I guess Daddy was the exception to the rule.
Ann: Ah, I see. Well, to change the subject, do you still go rock climbing?
Amanda. All the time.
Ann. Did you see the incident that scared your sister off the mountain?
Amanda. No, I did not. I tried to get her to finish racing me to the top of the mountain, but when I looked back, Becca just stood frozen in place, for a few moments, then she turned and ran back to the car, as you already know. After that, she was very quiet, like she was hiding in her own little shell.
Ann. Oh, ok. Well, can you tell me more about that day on the rocky slopes at Sweet Water Park?
Amanda. No, I don’t want to get into that, because it would ruin the story. Listen, I’m getting a call, I got to go back to the hospital. I’ll talk to you later. (runs from the room.)

Well, I don’t know what that says about Amanda Martin, but we’ll have to learn a bit more about her in the next installment of The Chosen path series. In the meantime, please help me get A Journey of Faith published by voting for it at http://soopllc.com/blog/book-ideas/journey-faith-ann-harrison. Stay tuned for more character interviews in future posts.
For, now, I will say so long, until we meet again.
